Electro friday nasce da un bisogno di ritorno alle origini della musica elettronica, quando i synth non erano ancora digitali ma analogici. È un programma composto da due parti, la prima, nella quale si sperimenta suonando synth analogici live, la seconda , nella quale si effettua l'ascolto di vinili di vario genere di musica elettronica, dalla più sperimentale alla più classica.
