RADIO PACIUGO
I was born in 1986 and, after graduating as a surveyor in 2005, I completed an IFTS program, becoming a senior technician for the monitoring and management of land and the environment. From that moment on, I felt a calling to further deepen my skills. After obtaining professional certification to practice independently as a surveyor, I decided to continue my studies by qualifying and graduating in food and wine services and hotel hospitality.
I gained various professional experiences in environmental engineering firms, a plant nursery, and hospitality facilities, in order to support the research and development of my entrepreneurial idea called SANUK and FOOD, becoming a promoter of Little Red Riding Hood as a symbol of healthy love for women. I consider myself a pioneer of smart working—simply a homemaker who is studying in order to return home as a CasaBottegaia (home-based artisan–entrepreneur).
Over the years, I have explored the environment from multiple perspectives by attending courses and acquiring certificates and skills in bio-building, circular economy, and permaculture, eventually earning a diploma in agriculture, agri-food, and agro-industry as an agricultural technician specializing in production and processing, with a score of 100/100. Today, by combining an ITS program in organic agriculture with the multidisciplinary skills I have acquired, I am laying the foundations to create an innovative supply-chain network: the first circular picnic agri-food supply chain. Finally, acknowledgements are due, because difficult things are always accomplished through art, science, and patience, with the hope that they may reach a happy ending—faith in the journey, gratitude for progress, wonder at its advancement, and charity in sharing the successful recipe.
